Sleep among the vines.

Winery Hotels finds you a room on a working wine estate: château rooms in Bordeaux, bodega hotels in Rioja, agriturismi in Tuscany, lodges in Mendoza and Napa. Find the estate, read up on the region, and book on the hotel’s own site.

The idea

Not a hotel near the vineyard.
A room inside it.

Every place in the app is a hotel on a wine estate, so the tasting is a walk across the courtyard, not a drive.

325

hotels on working wine estates, from Vinho Verde to Sicily, Mendoza and the Napa Valley.

23

wine countries. Filter by country, property type, wine style, grape, amenities and price.

1 tap

from the estate page to the hotel’s own website or a booking site, to check dates and book.

How it works

Find it. Plan it. Remember it.

From “somewhere with wine” to the right estate in three steps.

Step 1

Find the estate

Search by region, estate or grape, see who is in harvest right now, or open the map and show the estates nearest to you.

“Rioja, with a pool”
Step 2

Know it before you book

Photos, grapes and wine styles, what the estate offers on site and where it is. Then check dates on the hotel’s own site or a booking site.

Step 3

Keep a shortlist

Save estates for later, and collect a stamp in your wine passport for every wine country you review.

Booking

We find the estate. The hotel takes the booking.

  • “Check availability” opens the hotel’s own website or a booking site, inside the app.
  • The app takes no bookings and no payments: dates, prices and the reservation are the hotel’s.
  • Back home, write a review or a story and help the next guest choose.
Questions

What people ask first.

What counts as a winery hotel?

A place to sleep on a working wine estate: the vines, the cellar and the rooms are on the same property. Hotels that are only near a wine region are not in the directory.

Can I book in the app?

Not directly. Each estate page links to the hotel’s own website or to a booking site, which opens inside the app; the booking and the payment happen there.

Do I need an account?

No, you can browse, filter and save estates without one; your saved list stays on the phone. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email link to sync it and to write reviews.

How much does it cost?

The app is free.

Which languages?

English, Spanish and Chinese.

Is there a website?

Yes — winery-hotels.com has the same directory and the wine travel journal. The app adds the map near you, a saved list that works offline and the wine passport.

I run a winery hotel. How do I get listed?

Head to the partner page on winery-hotels.com to claim your estate.
